The Challenge
The existing language learning platform struggled with user engagement, as learners gradually lost interest over time. Additionally, teachers faced challenges with creating assessments, which was both time-consuming and disruptive to create assessments, hindering the learning process.
Solution
In collaboration with all the stakeholders, we ideated a versatile web and native app incorporating a rewards system to motivate users through coin-based incentives. The app features a comprehensive admin interface, enabling teachers to create assessments seamlessly. The design caters to diverse age groups and learning stages, ensuring an intuitive and personalized experience for all users.
Result
The revamped platform led to a significant increase in user engagement and sustained learner interest. The rewards system incentivized consistent learning, while the robust admin app empowered teachers to deliver effective assessments, enhancing the overall educational experience.
